Shipping Policy 

Shipping Within the United States Only

Wake Supply currently ships orders within the U.S. only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Order Processing Times

We offer a mix of in-stock items and print-on-demand products. Because of this, order processing times may vary:

  • Ready-to-ship items: Processed and shipped within 2–4 business days

  • Print-on-demand items: Fulfillment may take 4–7 business days before shipping

Orders containing both types of products may ship separately.


Estimated Shipping Times

Once shipped, typical U.S. delivery time is:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, location, and item type

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.


Delays and Disruptions

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

  • If a package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.


Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the listed delivery date

  • Email wakesupplyshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable)

We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.


Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days on unworn, unwashed items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
